Mental well being is important to us all.  During times of difficult finances, family problems, work stress, or coping with major mental illness, talk therapy is a lynch pin in maintaining a positive life outlook.   My experience in a wide variety of therapeutic approaches allows me to address many different types of challenges that people face.  I aim to create a safe emotional environment to explore, confront, and manage life problems.
