Inclusivity Statement

One almost universal goal in therapy is to confront and overcome fear. Whether it is in the guise of anxiety, mistrust, or hate, we as individuals need to embark on this journey to better ourselves, our loved ones, and society as a whole. If we can vanquish fear and hate from ourselves we can vanquish it from our society and end prejudice, discrimination, and racism. Black Lives Matter.
