Finding the right therapist can be half the battle, especially if you are limited by travel restrictions, scheduling conflicts, and location. Sometimes the best fit for counseling is provided by phone, since phone-based services can be more accessible for people who would be unable to attend traditional psychotherapy sessions. Phone counseling (also called distance counseling) are available in 30-minute and 50-minute blocks, and are appropriate for individuals or couples. Just as with individual sessions or relationship sessions, we will work together to determine which type of session will be the best fit for you and your current situation.
Phone counseling is not appropriate for all types of situations. We can determine during our first conversation if phone counseling would be a good match for you.
Please call at (773) 234-1575 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org if you feel like you would like distance counseling.
